In order to secure a place on your chosen program and to receive your Acceptance Letter which enables you to apply for your visa, you will need to pay the tuition fee deposit* amount as detailed on your offer letter from us.
We advise that payment is submitted as soon as possible. Early payment of your deposit ensures that you have adequate time to apply for your visa, arrange your accommodation and plan your travel to Turkey.
The tuition fee deposit must be paid by bank transfer. Paying directly ensures that your money reaches us securely and in the fastest time possible. Bank transfers can be sent direct from your bank to Kadir Has University (who will receive payment on behalf of both Kadir Has University and Coventry University). Bank details are as follows:
Account holder: KADIR HAS UNIVERSITESI
Bank name: T.Garanti Bankası A.Ş.
Branch name: Balat
Branch code: 020
Account Number: 9096425
IBAN no: TR26 0006 2000 0200 0009 0964 25
Swift code: TGBATRISXXX
When making your tuition fee deposit payment, please ensure you provide your family name and Application ID number (detailed on your offer letter from us) to the bank as a reference. This is essential to ensure the payment is traced and credited against your account. In addition to the above, you must email a copy of the bank transfer to mena.io@coventry.ac.uk to notify us of your payment.
Once cleared funds have been received for your tuition fee deposit, our team will then issue you with your Acceptance Letter email, and you can then apply for your visa.
If after paying the tuition fee deposit you are denied an education visa by the Turkish Consulate in your country and can evidence it, you will be refunded the amount you have paid, minus $275 (US dollars) for administrative costs.
If you have any queries about any part of the enrolment process, please contact our team on +44(0)24 7615 2152 or email mena.io@coventry.ac.uk.
Final Payment
The full tuition fee must be paid before you are able to enrol on your program.
The latest this can be paid is in person in Istanbul when registering with the University to begin your studies.
