Coventry University and Kadir Has University jointly hosted an event as part of a business visit by the Lord Mayor of the City of London (Alderman Fiona Woolf CBE) to Turkey on Monday 17 March 2014.
As part of the programme for the Lord Mayor’s visit to Istanbul, Coventry University and Kadir Has University hosted a public lecture ‘Istanbul: A Rising Financial Centre’ at Kadir Has University’s Cibali Campus.
The Lord Mayor of the City of London was joined on the panel for the event by H. Ersin Özince (Chairman, Isbank) and Mustafa Kemal Yılmaz (Executive Vice President, Borsa İstanbul).
The lecture was opened by Professor Dr Osman Zaim (Dean, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences) on behalf of Kadir Has University and Professor Stuart Weinstein (Head of Coventry Law School) on behalf of Coventry University.
